General Counsel
Rubin Ranat brings over 17 years of extensive legal experience across various businesses and industries. Rubin joined VPP in 2022 as its first general counsel and is a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to VPP, he was an attorney with another veterinary organization, where he focused on a broad range of business, legal, and regulatory issues. He graduated with his law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and Whittier Law School and attended Washington University in St. Louis for his undergraduate degree. Through his extensive expertise in the veterinary, business, and legal fields, Rubin is uniquely positioned to oversee the company’s legal affairs relating to corporate governance, operations, real estate, and partnerships.
Rubin lives in California with his family. When he isn’t overseeing legal affairs, he enjoys spending time with his daughter as well as traveling to new destinations and meeting new people.
