Senior Vice President of Operations
Richard Pacheco joined VPP in 2020, and now serves as our senior vice president of operations. Rich came to us with a wide range of experiences in many industries and disciplines. In his most previous role, he served as the vice president of administration at American Renal Associates with responsibilities over human resources, payroll, benefits, information technology, management reporting, and risk management. Rich comes from a long line of dairy farmers, and grew up spending summers on the family farm in Sao Miguel, Azores (Portugal).
He received his bachelor’s degree in management and his MBA from Bentley University. Rich lives in Arlington, MA, with his wife and their four children. Rich’s pet family includes the family farm of 124 happy cows, 2 horses (Curly & Festival), and four cats (Liam, Scarfy, Pumpkin and Jane). In his free time, he likes to walk, watch Formula 1 Racing, powerlift, and holds a 4th degree blackbelt.
