Vice President of People Operations
Brian brings with him over 15 years of experience in human resources across a variety of industries, including healthcare, banking, finance, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and retail. His extensive expertise and leadership will be a tremendous asset to our organization. Most recently, Brian served as the Vice President of HR at American Renal Associates in Beverly, MA, where he successfully led all branches of human resources for a decade.
In his new role, Brian will oversee our People Operations functions, which includes payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR partners.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is also a Certified SHRM Professional, underscoring his commitment to excellence in the HR field. In his free time, Brian enjoys reading and running. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kiki and two college aged children, Olivia and Alex. Brian and family are avid supporters of the Holy Cross football team and you can usually find them at home games in the fall.
