Vice President of Human Resources
With over 12 years of Human Resources experience across various industries, Lindsey is a skilled leader and thought partner who is passionate about managing and developing talent across organizations to achieve positive outcomes and organizational goals. Since joining VPP in 2019, Lindsey has focused on developing and leading the organization’s talent management strategy and function, supporting new partners and their teams as they onboard and integrate to VPP, and driving initiatives that further the employee experience and increase levels of engagement across the organization.
Lindsey earned her B.A. from the University of Redlands in Social Advocacy and Environmental Justice. When she’s not engaging with our partners and teams, Lindsey enjoys running, hiking, listening to music, catching up with friends and family, and spending time with her husband and their pups, Stella and Jack.
